Separating Water & Oil From Gas Streams
Need to remove liquid aerosols (e.g., water, oil, etc.) from your air or gas streams?
Coalescing Filter Elements feature a hydrophilic core that condenses liquid aerosols into droplets. The droplets are then drained away by gravity.
Industrial coalescing filter elements can also separate immiscible liquids: for example, removing water from oils and fuels with different densities.
Since these coalescing filter elements also remove submicron solids, they can be used to supply dry, particulate-free turbine fuel, jet fuel, diesel fuel, insulating oil, or lubricants.
Coalescing Filter Elements can be used in numerous industrial filtration applications, including:
